I have wasted my time with bulky NHS insoles that did not fit into any of my shoes (including trainers) and also hundreds of pounds buying insoles from these other podiatrists not to mention left feeling like an annoyance as I continued to suffer with the pain. It was only when I came to see Lindsay that I finally was properly assessed with a computerised gait scan and was given a suitable pair of insoles that work for me, my lifestyle and my shoes. She totally understood me and never made me feel like I was a pain when I had to go back for a couple of adjustments. I definitely recommend Lindsay to anyone suffering with foot pain.
